Okazało się, iż tworzymy jeszcze większą grupę europejskich kumpli - zaczynaliśmy z Francją, Włochami i Grecją

a niedawno przyłączyły się do nas jeszcze dwa państwa - Litwa i Łotwa.

Bo e- twinning to wielka, europejska społeczność, cieszymy się, że jest nas coraz więcej i więcej...

We are students from Poland.

We attend the secondary school called Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 1 with the name of Nicolaus Copernicus in Busko-Zdrój.

There are 22 members in our e-twinning group:

17 girls and 5 boys - that's 22 !!!

We study on maths-biology profile ;-)

We like sports: girls like volleyball, boys like football and table tennis.

We learn English, Russian, German and French.

We are sociable, open-minded, creative and crazy!

We have just started a secondary school but we have
a great contact and we are a WONDERFUL class.

OUR TOWN

Busko-Zdrój is small and beautiful SPA town in the south of Poland.

We have a beautiful park with fountains, a swimming pool, a skate park,

a bowling, a sports centre and an ice rink.

We like spending free time in fresh air, going to our cinema

and going shopping.

We want to chat with you and write to you about everything!

HELLO FROM FRANCE

" We are so happy to be soon in contact with you all!

Our presentations will be online next week in a folder on Twinspace, and then you will be able to get to know us better.

There are a lot of common points between our town and Busko-Zdroj, as we could read on their hello page. And we hope everybody else will be as thrilled as we are.

We are 21 students, all living in the Bazas area, 60 kms from Bordeaux, surrounded by beautiful villages, vineyards and the Landes forest (pinetrees).

We study law, economics, Maths, foreign languages (English and Spanish), and History/Geography as part of our curriculum.

We have all different personalities but we are a fun group!! "

Here is some sentences about our School.

Taurage Zalgiriai Gymnasium is the largest gymnasium in the district surrounded by a forest and a small lake."

"The gymnasium celebrated its 40^th anniversary 3 years ago.

There are about 700 students and 60 teachers.

In addition to the classical subjects like mathematics or history students have an opportunity to study Latin, Economics or prepare for an international IELTS exam. Students can choose from a variety of extra-curriculum activities ranging from creating robots or unarmed aerial vehicles to singing."

" Moreover, we are fully equipped with modern technology. We celebrate many traditional events and take part in various contests and projects."

Uczniowie chwalą się faktem, iż ich Szkoła jako jedyna na Litwie posiada ścianę do wspinaczki. Korzystają z niej podczas zajęć W-F.

" Our school is the only school in Lithuania which has an artificial climbing wall!"

Szkoła naszych przyjaciół z Grecji The 4th Senior High School znajduje się w Kozani, zbudowana została w 2008 roku i, jak piszą uczniowie, jest całkiem nowa i dobrze wyposażona...

Uczniowie opisują Szkołę:

" Our school is new – it was built in 2008. It has a very big hall where we gather or organise festivities. It also has a big yard and football, basketball and volleyball courts."

" Kozani - is in the northern Greece. It is an old an quite beautiful town with friendly people."

Piszą również, że ich miasto jest znane ze świętowania Karnawału, jest także miejscem turystycznym odwiedzanym przez wiele osób...

" The town of Kozani is famous for its Carnival. It has a traditional character and a lot of tourists visit the place then. Fires are lit in the neighbours, people sing and dance around them."
